One line is enough.
You do not need a drawing, a standard number or a firm quantity to start. Most first enquiries we receive are a single sentence long. An engineer reads it, works out the construction, states what we assumed, and only then quotes.
You do not need a specification to ask.
Cable, quantity, destination — that is enough. We work out the rest.
Your first message can be this short
“H1Z2Z2-K 6 mm², 5 km, to Hamburg.” “THHN for a project in Texas, about 20,000 ft.” “EV charging cable to IEC 62893 — size not sure yet.”
We fill in the rest — and tell you what we assumed.
What you get back
A named standard, our assumptions in one line, a clear price — or a straight no if we cannot make it.
Have a drawing or a photo?
Email it to sale@sorivocable.com — any format, even a phone photo of a drum label. Ask for an NDA and we sign it before reading.
Keep In Touch
A one-page offer, not a price list.
- 01
Your enquiry is read by an engineer
Not a sales inbox that forwards a price list. Construction questions get answered first.
- 02
We confirm or correct the construction
If the size is marginal for your voltage drop, you hear it here — before you commit.
- 03
Quotation with the terms spelled out
Trade term, validity, what is excluded. No hidden line at the bottom of a long email.

Sample, then order
Short lengths cut from a production batch. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
Four questions, answered straight.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Short lengths are cut from a production batch, not from a special sample run — so what you approve is what you receive. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
Will you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. We book the slot and provide the batch records, drum list and test reports in advance. Inspection before packing is preferred, so anything raised is fixed before the drums are sealed.
Who owns the drawing I send you?
You do. We do not reuse a customer drawing for another customer, and we do not publish reference projects without written permission. If you need an NDA before sending it, send it — we sign first.
What happens if the cable fails a test?
It does not leave. Faults found at spark test are cut out on the line; failures at type test hold the whole batch. The test report travels with the drums, so any claim is checked against the record for that batch.
Send the application. We will propose the construction.
Voltage, route length and environment are usually enough for us to propose something you can check against your own standard.
