Custom and OEM runs are quoted on the design, because the MOQ there follows the tooling, not a price list. Send the construction and we will state the break-even length in the quotation.

Yes — OEM and ODM. Conductor size and stranding, jacket compound (PVC / XLPE / LSZH / TPU), core identification, print legend, drum size, and your mark on the packing.

15–25 working days for standard constructions, counted from deposit and drawing approval. Custom runs take 20–35; the extra time is material sourcing and type testing, not the extrusion line.

If the project date is fixed, say so in the first message. We will tell you whether it is achievable before you plan around it — an honest no early is worth more than a late drum.

1–3 m lengths of most standard products are free of charge; you cover the freight. Cut from a running production batch, so what you approve is what the drums will contain.

Where a sample needs new tooling or a compound we do not run, there is a development fee — credited in full against the first bulk order.

Test reports are issued per batch, not per year, and travel with the drums. If you need the certificate for a specific clause before ordering, ask for it by number — we send the document, not a summary of it.

Yes. We take the order against your national standard and manufacture to the corresponding Chinese standard, then supply a clause-by-clause comparison so your engineer can see where the two differ before approving the design.

That comparison is a document attached to the offer, not a claim in an email. Where your standard is stricter on a parameter — sheath thickness, smoke index, temperature — the stricter one governs.

Yes, both. We book the inspection slot and send batch records, drum list and test reports ahead of the visit. Inspection before packing is preferred — anything raised is corrected while the drums are still open.

Factory audits and customer visits are by appointment. The line you audit is the line that runs your order: drawing, stranding, insulation, sheathing, spark test and drumming on one site in Xianyang.

It does not leave. Faults found at the spark test are cut out on the line; a failure at type test holds the whole batch until the cause is found.

Every drum carries the batch number that ties it to its test record, so a claim is settled against the record for that batch — not against memory or a photograph.

Nine parameters decide it:

• Voltage rating — 0.6/1 kV, 8.7/15 kV, 1.5 kV DC for solar
• Current and conductor size — 10 mm², 50 mm², 240 mm²
• Conductor material — copper, aluminium, tinned copper
• Insulation — PVC, XLPE, XLPO, rubber
• Sheath — PVC, PE, LSZH for public buildings
• Shielding — required for control and signal runs in EMI environments
• Armour — steel tape for direct burial, steel wire for vertical or subsea
• Installation — indoor, outdoor, underground, underwater, hazardous area
• Core count and run length, which set the voltage drop

You do not need all nine to ask. Send the application, the run length and the environment; we propose a construction and mark what we assumed. The engineering tools cover voltage drop and size selection if you would rather check it yourself.

PVC — general purpose, lowest cost, 70 °C. The default for building wire and control cable.

XLPE — 90 °C continuous, higher current for the same copper section. The default for power cable.

LSZH — low smoke, zero halogen. Required in public buildings, tunnels and marine work, and it costs more than either. If your standard already calls for one, send the clause and we will not argue with it.

You do. We do not reuse a customer drawing for another customer, and we do not publish reference projects or photographs of your product without written permission.

If you need an NDA before sending files, ask in the first line — we sign before reading. PDF, DWG, XLS, or a photograph of an old drum label all work.

T/T — 30% deposit with the order, 70% before shipment against a copy of the shipping documents. Western Union and PayPal for sample orders.

Terms for repeat business are discussed once there is a delivery record between us. We do not ask for full advance payment on a first order, and we do not ship on open account to a new customer.

Sea, air and express (DHL / FedEx / UPS). The forwarder can be ours or yours, and freight is quoted as a separate line so you can compare it against your own rate instead of taking ours on trust.

Packing list, batch test report, drum marking record and certificate of origin. National-standard orders also carry the standard comparison; certification orders carry the certificate for the clause tested.

All of it as PDF before the drums leave, paper copies in the container. If your customs broker wants a specific wording, send the template once and we will use it.
