The body is moulded from PA66 nylon with UL94V-2 flame retardant rating, combined with a NBR rubber sealing grommet that provides excellent cable retention and vibration resistance. The clamping claw design ensures strong pull-out protection while maintaining a watertight seal around the cable.

PG thread per DIN 40430 provides compatibility with standard PG threaded entries. The cable gland is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, with chemical resistance against salt, weak acids, alkalis, alcohol, grease, and oil.
