2 Product Overview
The H1Z2Z2-K 10mm² solar cable is a TUV and UL certified photovoltaic cable engineered for high-current DC power transmission in large-scale and utility solar PV installations. It meets EN 50618:2014, IEC 62930, and UL 4703 standards, ensuring broad international acceptance across European, North American, and global markets.
The cable features a high-purity tinned copper conductor with Class 5 flexible stranding (320×0.2mm per IEC 60228), providing excellent flexibility for routing in cable trays, conduits, and around module structures while maintaining superior corrosion resistance and stable conductivity over decades of outdoor service.
The double-layer XLPO (cross-linked polyolefin) insulation and jacket system is produced via electron-beam cross-linking, delivering outstanding thermal stability (-40°C to +120°C conductor temperature), UV resistance, ozone resistance, and mechanical durability. The LSZH (low smoke zero halogen) jacket formulation limits toxic emissions in fire conditions, meeting stringent safety requirements for commercial and residential installations.
Manufactured to rigorous quality standards under the management of SORIVO, each batch undergoes spark testing at 10 kV AC and dielectric sample testing at 6.5 kV AC.
