Ring-palm compression terminals in 99.9% electrolytic copper, fully tin-plated, for bolted connections in panels, switchgear and EV charging equipment — 14 sizes from 10 to 630 mm².

What matters on a bolted ring connection: barrel, plating, hole size and crimp.
The ring terminal is the short-barrel version of the compression lug: a seamless copper tube with a ring palm, crimped onto the conductor and bolted through the equipment terminal. It is the standard termination for panel wiring, control gear and equipment connections up to 1 kV.
The body is electrolytic copper at 99.9% purity with full tin plating. Plating is what makes a bolted joint stable: bare copper oxidises, the oxide raises contact resistance, and the joint runs hotter each year. The tin layer also keeps the terminal from seizing in aluminium or plated terminals.
Fourteen sizes cover 10 mm² to 630 mm², with bolt holes from M6 to M20 and several hole options per cross-section so the palm matches the equipment drilling rather than being adapted to it. The barrel is seamless and crimped with DIN 48083-4 hex dies.
Typical service is low-voltage power distribution and control — distribution boards, motor control centres, EV charging equipment and industrial panels — where a repeatable, inspectable crimp matters more than the cost of the part.

High-purity E-Cu for maximum conductivity and a consistent crimp through the barrel.
Corrosion protection over the whole terminal, keeping contact resistance stable in humid and industrial air.
Ring palm and barrel dimensioned to DIN 46234, with the tubular barrel to DIN 46235 practice.
One-piece tube: no seam to open under compression, so the crimp is uniform around the conductor.
10 mm² to 630 mm², covering control wiring through to main feeder terminations.
M6 to M20 bolt holes, with several options per cross-section to match the equipment drilling.
Crimped with DIN 48083-4 dies on hydraulic or manual tools — the same tooling used for tubular lugs.
Qualified projects and OEM customers can evaluate the terminal on their own conductor before ordering.
Bolted terminations in panels, equipment and charging infrastructure — anywhere a stud is the connection point.
Feeder and outgoing terminations on MCB and MCCB busbars.
Contactor and overload terminals, where several sizes share one palm pattern.
High-current terminations inside AC and DC chargers, on copper busbars and blocks.
Instrument and control wiring where a bolted, inspectable joint is preferred to a screw clamp.
Small power taps and earth connections on bushings and terminal blocks.
Earth conductor terminations to studs and earth bars.
Motor terminal boxes and equipment feeds on packaged plant.
Temporary and semi-permanent high-current connections where a repeatable crimp is needed.

The 50 mm² row is highlighted as a common panel size. Barrel bore must match the conductor; length is overall including the ring palm. Hole options shown are the standard set per size — if the equipment terminal needs a different drilling, send the drawing and we will confirm availability.

Ring terminals are selected by conductor cross-section and by the stud size of the equipment terminal — a correct crimp on the wrong hole size still will not assemble. Plating thickness and barrel bore are the two values to confirm on the drawing for a specification job.
