2 Product Overview
The Type 2 to GB/T EV Charging Cable is a TUV-certified charging cable designed to connect European-standard (Type 2 / IEC 62196-2) EV charging stations with Chinese-standard (GB/T 20234) electric vehicles. Rated at 32A / 22kW (3-phase), it supports both fast AC charging at public stations and home charging applications.
The cable features high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors with Class 5 flexible stranding per IEC 60228, ensuring excellent conductivity and flexibility for everyday use. The 5-pin configuration supports 3-phase AC charging with Neutral and Protective Earth connections, while the optional 7-pin variant includes signal lines for communication between the EV and charging station.
The outer sheath is crafted from high-grade TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), offering outstanding abrasion resistance, cold flexibility, and UV stability. The IP65-rated connectors provide reliable protection against dust and water ingress during outdoor charging sessions.
